Ability to schedule discussion posts

Hi There,

We would love to see an improvement to discussion functionality.  We would love to be able to schedule discussion posts to be published at a specific date and time, as indicated by the user.  Our Community Team drafts many discussions that are community wide and it would improve efficiency and be a time saving measure to be able to draft a discussion post ahead of time, rather than right at the exact time we hope it's published.

Additionally, we have heard similar feedback from more of our colleagues who act as Group Leaders in the Community Groups space.  I'm including his feedback here:

"Allow the setting of a future date for the posts. For example, I have about 6 posts stored to make, it would be so good if I could prepare them in the community and set a date for automatic availability."
